We are a virtual outpatient psychiatric practice offering medication management and therapy services to teens and adults in Utah, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, and Iowa. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners have a passion for working with individuals to properly assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions. We strive to support you in restoring and maintaining a healthier peace of mind.

I attended the University of Tennessee for my Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about conducting thorough assessments and giving accurate diagnoses. Every patient is unique, which is why I take a holistic approach to consider each factor of your physical and mental health to create a treatment plan tailored to you. My desire is to collaborate with you in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way to help you achieve symptom relief. I treat teen and adult patients for diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, eating disorders, sleep issues, postpartum issues, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and many more. My services include comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions.
I am currently accepting new patients in Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Tennessee, and Iowa via telehealth only and would love the opportunity to be your mental health provider. I am committed to working with your schedule, offering appointments Monday through Friday and availability on weekends. When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and three dogs. I also love traveling, finding new restaurants, and relaxing on the lake.
